Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Package: £50,000 to £60,000 DoE + Car allowance

Location: Manchester

An excellent new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor has come around. Joining a leading contractor on a large refurbishment framework in Manchester.

This is a company who are committed to training and developing their staff and will afford the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor every opportunity for career advancement.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key part within the Commercial team, offering support and training to junior Surveyors whilst simultaneously delivering on live projects for exceptional clients.

The refurbishment projects that you'll be involved with can range in value from £250k up to £12million+ and offer true variety across the board.

This is the perfect position for an established Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Refurbishment bias. The ideal candidate will have experience mentoring and developing Junior and Assistant Quantity Surveyors.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will:

* Be degree qualified (BSc. Quantity Surveying) or equivalent.

* Have a minimum of 10 years' industry experience.

* Experience with JCT contracts.

* Heavy experience within Refurbishments

* Proven experience mentoring and developing Junior Surveyors

* High attention to detail.

* Enjoy fast paced work.

* Advanced IT skills.

Remuneration:

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:

* Salary between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum
