Spring Technology are recruiting for the position of a Problem and Incident Manager, who is an ITIL expert, with an accomplished work history in similar roles working for large companies.

Using your communication skills, you will manage stakeholders both onshore and offshore, whilst also organising a team of IT professionals. The stakeholders mentioned will be representing companies at different maturity levels, and you will be challenged to secure resources with them.

You will also be tasked with day-to-day escalations, and to find out what can be improved with internal processes via root cause analysis.

It will be within your remit to support across the Client's platforms across the nearshore source markets to include; CRM systems; Mobile Applications; email campaigns; and also Big Data Solutions.

Requirements:

- An ITIL Certification

- Experience of working with a large company/ organisation as a Problem & Incident Manager

- Experience working with offshore partners

- Excellent communication skills
