UX Designer / Senior Front-End Developer

Responsibilities

* Analyse customer requirements for implementation, design and development activity

* Development of UI screens, integration with backend

* Ensure that requirements gathered are complete and captured in functional specifications

* Ensure functional specifications are converted into design

* Consult and build technical / UI solutions based on the given requirements

* Conceive and ensure adoption of reusable components

* Understand the implicit customer pain points and translate them into business opportunities by providing value added services for customers

* Build relationships with technical team/leadership team of customer

Requirements

* BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field

* Minimum 7+ years' experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Angular JS

* Strong in core JAVA and J2EE

* Good knowledge of web services

* Sound knowledge of building good UI

* Provide Technical solution and help in providing business solutions

* Experience of working in Agile environment

* Understand and act on factors that relate to customer expectations

The Following will help the application but aren't required

* Experience working on any UXP product will be added advantage.

* Good knowledge on CMMI level process

* Sound knowledge of UI design activity, building reusable components

* Team management experience is a bonus
