Priviledged Access Management Systems Administrator

This is a short-term role to administer, support, troubleshoot and extend our privileged access management service.

The service is currently undergoing implementation and requires embedding and extending, therefore the candidate will need to have experience of implementing a PAM service and producing the necessary documentation to hand over to new staff.

Some on call assistance may be required.

Essential Criteria

The candidate should be able to demonstrate 5 or more years of experience in a large IT team and the following experience

*Working with other teams in a global organisation

*Managing Active Directory Users and Computers

*LDAP

*Unix/Linux administration

*Data Leakage Prevention technologies

*Proactive maintenance and responding to user incidents

*Windows Server administration

*Application of network security principles

The candidate should also be able to demonstrate the following

*Knowledge of Internet Security and cloud services

*Principles of network security

*Good standard of written English and reporting skills

Desirable Experience (in addition to essential criteria above).

*Bomgar Privileged Access Management

*Lieberman RED Identity Management

*CyberArk Privileged Management Solutions

*Office 365 and Azure authentication mechanisms

*ServiceNow

*ITIL Fundamentals

Qualifications (Desirable)

*MCSE or similar

*Bomgar Privileged Access Certified Administrator

Responsibilities

*Adding and removing computers within appropriate groups in the PAM service

*Working with users to create new use cases

*Configuring session policies

*Assisting other administrators in their use of the system

*Troubleshooting performance and deploying additional jump points

*Reviewing logs / session forensics

*Configuring password recovery

*Integrating with additional domains and directory services

*Importing credentials from our existing vault

*Adding and removing users to groups mapped to target servers

*Developing and optimizing processes required to deliver the PAM solution

*Maintaining documentation following approved changes

*Working with vendors support teams to resolve issues
