My financial services client in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Business Analyst. They will bring with them experience in gap analysis and capability mapping and cost / benefit analysis, particularly around end-to-end process.

The opportunity is to lead analysis of current business processes within the Operations department, with a goal of:

- Identifying inefficiencies.

- Areas for digitisation or automation, including sizing and articulating opportunities.

- Understanding communication touch points and opportunities to rationalise or digitise those communications.

- Synthesising analysis to create compelling investment cases.

- As-is and to-be process mapping, optimisation and excellence.

- Workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation techniques.
