Trade Support Engineer / Onboarding Specialist (FIX UNIX). Do you have a good knowledge of trading infrastructure, enjoy problem solving and want to work in an open, informal and fun culture with casual dress code?

As a Trade Support Engineer at this quantitative trading firm you'll join a collaborative team working across operational and project-oriented work. You will troubleshoot complex problems including broker issues, network, code and connectivity issues, devising and implementing innovative solutions, not just logging calls but finding resolutions through deep investigation. You'll also get involved with project based work such as improving the trading infrastructure and working with exchanges and brokers to on-board trading on new ventures or products.

Requirements:

*Naturally bright and curious with strong problem solving skills

*Coding / scripting skills in any language

*Experience in a trading environment

*FIX or Exchange onboarding experience

*UNIX / Linux - good command line experience

*Excellent communication skills

*Degree educated
