TITLE : ERP Support Location:Dublin Salary - £30k - £40k

ERP Support Location: Dublin

I have an exciting opportunity within the Dublin area for a Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be a proactive person that enjoys working in a team. Experience with ERP systems is a necessity, You will need to have end to end knowledge of implementation of projects. Enjoys solving difficult problems and relishes in a challenging environment.

General Areas of Responsibility

* Be able to deliver outstanding feedback and provide a great experience for the end user.

* Support users/key users in functional area through an established Service Desk/ticketing system, concentrating on the incident and problem resolution

* Support Application and system testing, document application functionality and create user manuals

* You act as a strong IT interface between the technical IT teams and the functional areas:

* Work closely with Business stakeholders and Process Engineers to understand business requirements, to perform functional analysis and to translate them into functional and application requirements

* Interact with IT Application Analyst and with Technical Services colleagues to coordinate/support implementation

* Lead/contribute to feasibility studies for functional enhancements in existing application

* Support business critical initiatives in line with company's strategy

**Key Skills:

* Experience with ERP systems

* Time Management

* Supporting and training users

* Attention to detail

**Required experience:

* Experience in enhancing functionality within ERP systems to meet business requirements

* Advanced report writing using crystal reports 11

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

* General understanding of LAN, WLAN and WAN infrastructure.

* A good understanding of SQL, PL/SQL,

**Nice To Have

* Full life cycle Implementation experience
