Desktop Support Analyst - 1st Line - FTSE Business

They are looking to hire a Desktop Support Analyst/1st Line Support Analyst into a newly created role, working alongside the Desktop Support team to provide support to over 650 users.

You will need to be able to diagnose issues on the spot and deal with a range of stakeholders in terms of seniority and technical ability.

For the most part, the role will be customer facing. Therefore, candidates with strong communication and personal skills are a must.

* Microsoft Office (including Outlook)

* Hardware knowledge in PCs, Laptops, Printers and other devices

* Customer facing skills
