Marketing Campaign Co-ordinator

As a Marketing Campaign Co-ordinator you will support the full Europe marketing team and to execute Area and Regional campaigns and events, drive creation and amplification of client evidence, and also support on Area Marketing Operations, specifically in reporting and results tracking, budgeting and team meeting/training administration and management.

Day-to-day, You Will

Europe Marketing Campaign and Events

* Area and Regional campaign and event activation support

* Support to specific Europe Area Marketing projects or in other Regions as needed

Europe Marketing Operations

* Europe team and program management administration: team conference calls and meeting agendas; F2F team training/meeting organisation

* PO and financial budget tracking

* Marketing performance reporting

* Internal communications, coordination of Europe marketing alerts

* Liaise with outside vendors related to events and other programme tasks

* Manage centralised European brand merchandising sourcing and distribution

Client Evidence

* Drive and monitor the Europe client evidence pipeline

* Support in creation of client evidence assets including quotes, written and video case stories, social tiles etc.

* Amplify client evidence stories across campaigns, digital marketing channels and internal platforms

About You

Qualifications

You will have gained some experience within marketing and ideally within the IT services industry.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Strong project management skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Strong organisation and time management skills

* Ability to work under tight deadlines and on several projects simultaneously
