Are you an experienced building control surveyor looking to join a major nationwide company?

This company are one of the largest building control bodies in the UK and have contracts with major commercial clients. They have a very stable position in the market, allowing them to invest in supporting and developing all their staff. Due to their continued success they now have an opportunity for an experienced surveyor to join their team.

In this role you will visit client sites to perform inspections and survey buildings. This company have a big focus on adding value so you will need to identify opportunities to reduce construction and building lifetime costs. As you settle in to the role you will be fully supported in your continuous professional development, with the chance to progress in the company up to director level.

The Role

* Carrying out site inspections for Building Control and Warranty Insurance purposes.

* Assessing drawings to ensure compliance with CDM and building regulations.

* Delivering an effective bespoke service

* Monday to Friday, £35,000 to £55,000 + Bonus, + Car
