My client are a large IT consultancy based in West Yorkshire who are looking for a number of Digital / Agile Business Analysts to join their digital delivery teams working on large scale enterprise projects.

As a BA, you will be working as part of an Agile Scrum team where your focus will be on understanding user needs and user experiences at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for being extrmeely customer focussed and responsible for bulding hight collaborative and productive stakeholder relationships to support all the scrum teams and their goals.

As the role is within a consultancy, the role is very varied and will provide a great challenge on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

To be considered for this role it would be nice to have the following:

* Strong experience in Requirements and Analysis gathering

* Highly proficient using Scrum methodologies

* Extensive experience in user experience and user research

* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders

* Ability to create technical and functional requirements

* Ability to lead a team through the full SDLC
