Oracle Partner; New Business Development £55k + OTE

I am actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who has a background in ERP Solution Sales in a field based capacity dealing with SME and Mid-Market organisations to join an exciting Partner who are looking to expand their field based team after a steady period of consistent growth. They seek someone who is an expert in their field with a solid understanding of ERP solutions, particularly within Financial modules and has successfully sold similar solutions.

You will have an outstanding track record in sales with demonstrable evidence of overachievement against targets. Alongside this you will be ambitious and looking for an opportunity to move forward in your career and join a winning team. You will have wide ranging knowledge of the Financial Software landscape, with previous experience working in this specific market. The target market will be the Midlands as a general statement, but will occasionally involve potential travel across the UK. You will go to the Head office once every 2 weeks after an on-boarding period.

You will be joining one of Oracle's top Partners - at a very interesting growth period with an upwards trajectory. As they grow, the size and number of opportunities will increase. The BDM's already in position have been realistically achieving 6 figures - with a base salary of £55k on offer for the ideal candidate. Earnings are expected to be higher this year and is suitable for someone looking for a long-term consultative Sales position. Required Skills and Experience:

* Oracle ERP Sales experience & good knowledge of Oracle network

* Successful Sales experience within Oracle Channel with demonstrable success

* Used to managing multiple workloads and planning schedule.

* Very business-oriented and knowledgeable of the Finance market.

* Full, clean, UK license.
