We are seeking a Business Change Manager, on behalf of our client, to carry out the business change activities, to support the MODNET rollout. As the Business Change Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of Microsoft Office 365 and Office 2016 stakeholder up skilling/training engagement and communication material and activities.

You will be required to assist in the management and delivery of business change elements of the MODNET SECRET and Overseas plans, development, management and support of Change Champion Communities through exploitation workshops with the TLBs.

The successful person shall provide relationship management and liaison with key stakeholders- including Customer Services, Corporate Comms and JPO Comms. Liaison with third party suppliers providing support to the development, implementation and exploitation of MODNET, including but not limited to Microsoft, DXC, Atos and Fujitsu Services Ltd. You shall be required to maintain configuration control, create and maintain MODNET Knowledge base artefacts, Quick Reference Guides, Fact Sheets, Videos, User Experience Journeys, Webinars, briefing packs and training material required to support user adoption of MODNET are Learning Hub and Comms Portal.

The ideal candidate shall come with a demonstrable change experience and have excellent working knowledge of Office 365. Due to the nature of the client a valid and current Security Clearance is required with a background in the Defence sector preferred. This post shall require travel to various sites within the UK.
