Telephony Infrastructure AnalystLeading financial services client based in the Birmingham area are currently looking for an experienced Telephony Infrastructure Analyst who has vast amounts of experienced with Avaya telephony. This role is an opportunity for a Telephony Infrastructure Analyst to take over the role of Avaya SME within the business whilst also maintaining your skillset in the general Network and Telephony space.Role Responsibilities:

'€¢Ensure that the telephony infrastructure is fit for purpose and that service performance and availability is maintained'€¢Ensure that the telephony infrastructure is sufficiently flexible to cope with growth and business changes, aligning the IT strategy with the business strategy'€¢Design, configure, optimise, monitor and maintain telephony configurations and associated infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Phone lines, etc) and in doing so providing an effective, reliable and secure communications infrastructure that follows industry best practice to underpin corporate systems.'€¢Ensure operations procedures and policies are reviewed and implemented effectively'€¢Ensure that BAU activity is undertaken and maintained on a daily basis'€¢Provide technical guidance and support to projects'€¢Ensure IT systems and services are secure and adhere to best practices, audit and regulatory requirements

Skills required:

'€¢Strong Telephony Infrastructure Analyst'€¢Demonstrable knowledge of Avaya Aura platform to include IVR, conferencing, voicemail, CMS,'€¢Avaya Definity experience is required '€¢Strong network/infrastructure support experience'€¢Strong communication skills
