As a successful Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a Software Development team in a .NET environment.

As a Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the .NET team, alongside developing, organising, and managing Software development, resources and staff to ensure the stable operation of the organization's IT software developments. You should have extensive experience working with C#, Visual Studio, .NET core and have strong LINQ skills.

Key skills needed for the Software Development Manager (.Net, C#):

* Proven experience in a hands-on Software Development Manager / Team Leader role

* Experience working within a .NET environment

* Demonstrate proven experience working with C#, Visual Studio, .NET core and have strong LINQ skills

* Hands-on experience in troubleshooting software issues

* A strong grasp of formal development processes through the full development life cycle

* Excellent communication skills

* Full driving License
