Senior Business Analyst

Location is Shannon, Ireland

Analysis

To be able to analyse the document metadata of the documents to be migrated in order to validate the data map and pick up data inconsistencies - producing gap analysis against the proposed solution

To be able to create a functional CR specification for changes required to deal with identified gaps

Coding

Excel - Required to create reports on the migration progress

Intermediate SQL - Ideally Oracle - to enable the analysis of the data set

Ability to interface with other teams

IT - request and monitor of the extraction of documents and transfer to new repository

Test - Arrange testing of any changes to the extract mechanism with the test team

Operations - Manage the documents that have missing index data - identifying those that can be deleted and proposing a process to identify and update the metadata for the others

GDPR - report on documents where this is no client identifiable ( documents needs to be identifiable to be stored - may need re-indexing)Description:
