Test Engineer

One of our fastest growing national clients is looking for an Integration Test Engineer to join their team in Hampshire. You will be required to work on one of their large-scale systems integration projects. You will work as part of an integrated team and will work with both customers and suppliers to design, create and execute system integration tests.

Candidates who work as a systems integrator currently will also be considered for this role.

Test Engineer duties will include, but not limited to:

*Create integration test cases

*Review requirements, and design documentation to identify the full scope of testing

*Execute test cases, both manual and automation, to verify requirements and identify defects

*Document all test results and defects

*Analyse data and test evidence from suppliers to show compliance to requirements

As Test Engineer, you will be required to possess:

*Understanding of the testing lifecycle (and an understanding of the different type of testing - functional/integration)

*Previous experience of working with systems integration, or a similar environment

*Experience creating test cases based on requirements

*Proven track record of identifying, troubleshooting and debugging issues across interfaces

*Knowledge of DOORS, JIRA and HPQC would be beneficial

*Experience working with log files, and network traces would be beneficial

With a salary on offer of up to £35,000, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale project, gaining further exposure into integration testing.
