Senior Backend Software Developer - We're looking for a Senior Java/AWS Software Developer to join a leading biotechnology start up and help them achieve their ambitious vision to solve challenging problems of integrating bionics into medical practices and treat the human body.

We are looking for a Senior Java/AWS Software Engineer with the following:

* Strong background with Java and AWS

* Enjoys challenging projects and problem-solving

* Experience developing APIs

* Experience in mentoring other team members

As part of a team, you as the Senior Backend Software Engineer will work in a dynamic, peer review environment to ensure the development and smooth operation of systems as well as work autonomously. As the Senior Backend Software Engineer you'll be working on really exciting projects involving neural engineering work whilst also mentoring junior team members.
