Service Desk Support Analyst
A brand new and exciting role has arisen for a Service Desk Support Analyst with strong skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications to join a growing organisation based in Bristol. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Service Desk Support Analyst to really take the next step in their career and learn a lot of skills within a fantastic organisation.
As a Service Desk Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding all 1st and 2nd line issues with users, you will be providing first class customer service whilst supporting both applications and infrastructure and escalating issues where appropriate.
Skills required for the Service Desk Support Analyst (1st / 2nd Line)-
* Proven background within 1st/2nd line technical support
* Extensive commercial experience supporting Office 365
* Good understanding of Windows operating systems
* A passion for technology, with a keenness to learn new skills and progress your career
* Excellent communicational skills

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
