Software Development Manager - Market leading FinTech!

I am looking for a Software Development Manager to join a large development team based close to Monument Station in Central London. My client is a growing FinTech, utilising unique technology to enable businesses and suppliers to improve their efficiency and processes.

As a Software Development Manager you will have sound experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server. Exposure to AWS / Docker / Jenkins and experience of Angular would be advantageous as my client is moving their front end development in that direction.

As a Software Development Manager you would consider yourself a self-starter, who is motivated and proactive, combined with a passion for technology. My client is constantly adding new features to their platforms and therefore requires an individual confident in producing and leading a high performing team.

Skills required for the role of Software Development Manager:

* Extensive experience managing a development team (ideally around 10-20 people)

* Background in software development, specifically C#, ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server

* In addition, working within an agile environment

* Experience in AWS / Docker / Jenkins and exposure to Angular would be advantageous

Salary: £80-85k + Competitive Benefits Package
