SAP S/4 HANA Lead Architect (Contract)

I have an opportunity to join an SAP S/4 Hana transformation programme as the SAP S/4 Hana Solution Architect.

Key responsibilities:

Engage with senior business/IT customer stakeholders, partners and in house SAP functional teams to develop, mature and gain buy in to SAP S/4 upgrade strategy using potential private or hybrid SAP cloud solutions

Offer SAP solution architecture experience to triage cross-functional solution requests within a manufacturing environment and participate in design decisions on integration with non-SAP systems

Guide patching and upgrades across the SAP landscape at both application and infrastructure level

Carry out communication updates to key business stakeholders and in-house SAP functional teams providing updates to planned upgrades, SAP strategy and road-map

Drive and champion SAP standard practice and functionality

Contribute to the supplier management of 3rd party SAP system integrators

Oversee SAP change management

Required skills and experience:

Implementation of SAP S/4 HANA

Possess a blend of business and SAP technical experience

Minimum of 5 years of SAP ECC6

Good cross functional knowledge of SAP Finance and Logistics modules

In depth experience of the latest SAP implementation methodology e.g., SAP Activate

Excellent communication and influencing

Wider knowledge of other SAP products outside of SAP ECC6 and their relevant SAP road-map

Experience of Manufacturing IT solutions BASIS and ABAP

Contract: 2-3 years

Location: North West England
