5-6 Month initial contract

£10 - £11 per hour

Main function of the job:

* To provide key integrated management system support to the Quality Manager and Quality Engineers accordingly

Main responsibilities of the job:

* Entering factory scrap data into SAP daily

* Concession control management

* Processing of Material Certificates of Analysis within SAP Quality Inspection Lots accordingly

* Assistance with Calibration administration and local co-ordination of activities

* Collection and scanning of manufacturing based production data/paperwork

* Area control of COSHH documents & Risk Assessments

* Assist with raising Customer Complaints & Customer Returns, and communicating with Customer & Suppliers accordingly

* Monitor and progress open Corrective Actions

* Assist with collation of Environmental metrics and data collation for legal requirements

o Waste Packaging; WEEE; Batteries; Carbon Emissions

* Assist with collation of local business metrics

* Produce PowerPoint presentations, data tables and graphs per business requirements

Personal Qualities & Key Skills:

* User of SAP ERP system, is essential

* Excellent PC and related software skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

* Good communication skills; both internal and external to the business

* Demonstrate excellent teamworking skills

* Have a very positive 'can do' attitude'

* Ability to work on own initiative

Health & Safety Requirements:

* Ability to work in a very safe manner for oneself and colleagues accordingly

* Satisfy the business HSE mandatory requirements, as applicable

Qualifications/Education Desired:

* Good CSE & A level Qualifications or equivalent
