1st Line Support Engineer / Watford / 3 months / £90

Jefferson Frank are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer on behalf of a Watford based real-estate firm to assist on an initial 3 month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a support engineer to gain some hands on experience with working within the real-estate industry and developing their skills in the process.

The 1st Line Support Engineer will be responsible for:

* Resolve tickets

* Windows 10 troubleshooting

* 1st line and 2nd line support

* Provision workstations and laptops with MDT

* Patch panelling

* Organising comms room

* Gsuite users management

* On boarding employees

* Day to day IT support for onsite end users
