Are you a Contracts Manager inside the construction industry looking to work for a market leading company where you will take full responsibility for their bespoke projects?

On offer is the opportunity for you to take complete control of this companies niche projects being able to put your own stamp on the role as well as introduce new ideas.

Inside this role you will be the go to person for clients and senior managers.

This role would suit an experienced Contracts Manager, you will have a proven track record inside the construction industry and now be looking to help develop and grow a market leading business.

* Designing, operating and updating an effective process for handling bespoke contracts

* Managing commercial projects from cradle to grave

* Liaising with customer and clients
