I am partnering with a insurance firm in Kent in the search for a Risk Manager. With considerable exposure to the wider business and senior stakeholders you will offer advice and guidance in the design, implementation and embedding of an effective Risk framework.

This will be a broad role and whilst this is by no means a comprehensive list of responsibilities, your role will involve :

* Design relevant risk profiles in order for the business to identify, monitor and mitigate risks

* Ensure that the growth strategy of the business, both regionally and internationally is aligned to divisional standards and that it manages the Operational Risks within the business.

* Embed a culture of Risk Management throughout the business through stake holder relationships and a proactive methodological approach

* Oversee Risk projects from an Operational perspective, this includes IT Strategies, Regulatory Change and Product Approval.

My client is looking for credible Operational Risk professionals with practical experience in Risk frameworks and risk deification. To be successful you must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at a senior level. Experience in Life insurance and man management would be preferred.
