Level 1 Service & Support Advisor

One of our clients, an award winning software company and certified Microsoft ® Gold development partner, is looking for a Service & Support Advisor to support the organisations software products.

The company prides itself in being a highly motivated and dedicated support function and so they are looking for candidates that are highly motivated, willing to go the extra mile and become a key member of the Implementation Services Team.

As a Service & Support Advisor you will be required to:

*Provide high quality customer service, technical support and user assistance to Implementation customers, by handling and logging incoming customer requests via e-mail, telephone or web portal to meet service standards.

*Managing customer issues through to resolution, giving timely and accurate updates throughout the process, management of system upgrades and internal support management.

Service & Support Advisor will ideally have exposure to:

*Support / helpdesks with experience.

*Technical IT skills including experience of Microsoft Windows and Office, preferably with basic SQL & C# skills and ITIL experience.

*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively in a professional manner.
