Your New Company
My client, a not-for-profit family of hospitals and healthcare providers, is looking for an accomplished CMDB Analyst with ServiceNow experience to bolster the company's success and better align their own Service Management technology with ITIL ideal practices. The job is located in Charlottesville, VA and they are looking to hire immediately.
Your New Role
You will work with all departments within the IT services and its customers as well as administer Configuration Management support. This role calls for Discovery work to find technical solutions and maintain the accuracy of the CI. This also includes accurate mapping of CI relationships as well as researching issues and resolving them. The CMDB Analyst will then continue to contribute to the growth and maturity of the CMDB. Day to day administration duties will arise as well.
What You Will Need to Succeed
This candidate must be able to exhibit a fundamental understanding of ITIL business processes, CMDB, and IT Service Management. A broad understanding with ServiceNow and its processes will bolster this candidates success as well as basic knowledge of JavaScript. The ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment will be an important factor. Along with your peers, you will be working with customers and management as well; so good written and verbal communication skills are needed as well.
