Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer with knowledge of the nuclear industry to join an expanding organisation who can offer the chance to lead and develop an innovative design team along with the chance to make their mark on the future of a renowned business.

Due to an exciting new phase of development, they are now looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to lead on projects.

In this role you will fulfil a key part within the design team, leading on new business ventures into the nuclear industry as well and developing and training skills further in current mechanical design projects in the defence and automotive industries.

The role:

*Designing and developing innovative mechanical products

*Leading design projects from cradle to grave

*Providing leadership to a design team

*Design for the nuclear industry but also some defence and automotive

*Mechanical design engineer

*Knowledge of the Nuclear industry

*Project/Manufacturing experience

*Looking to develop skills in new industries (Defence/Automotive)
