Skills:

*A spread of protective security experience, not just limited to cyber security but also covering physical and personal.

*Project Management (PRINCE2 etc) and strong Team/Task Management experience

*Business transition and change management, including operational design.

*Target Operating Model development

*Security consultancy for large organisations

*Strong drafting and presentation skills

*Good stakeholder management and influencing skills

*Advanced user of excel and Office products (not necessary to have quals but good evidenced exp)

*Creative and innovative thinker

*Degree level qualifications in an analytical, finance and/or security discipline

*Trusted and reliable

Experience:

*Security performance, audit and measurement

*Devising and implementing cross functional delivery strategies for complex projects

*Analysis of qualitative and quantitative datasets and providing high quality written summaries of complex data sets in plain English

*Led a team of analysts and/or academics, auditors.

Role:

*Provide final written reports and product of the overall analysis of the 2017/18 Departmental Security Health Check (DSHC) returns

*To work with the technical deep-dive project in the Cyber Team to provide advice and design to the future of the DSHC

*To provide rigour to the overall analysis output for GSGs approval

*With GSG Policy, handling team task management, ensuring quality and momentum of output.

* Any financial monitoring or modelling required of the project.
