One of the UK's best Power Electronics R&D companies have asked the Redline Group to search for Power Electronics Engineers to join their growing Research and Development facility based in Berkshire.

They are Europe's leading provider of power solutions and are currently spending millions on the research and development of digitally controlled power supplies. Are you interested in controlling power supplies using digital controls instead of the normal switching methods? If so then this is the job for you!

Their portfolio includes some of the world's most commonly used SMPS power supplies, converters, standby systems and UPS's.

In order to be considered for the Power Electronics Design Engineer - SMPS position will need to have experience of Switch-mode Power Supply (SMPS) Design or Power converter design. Your experience should include experience controlling and switching these converters using some sort of digital control (DSPic, Linear Technology, Texas instruments micro controllers etc.)
