£28,000 - £32,000 + Training + Progression + Pension + Holiday

An excellent opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join an expanding and growing business, where you will have a varied and challenging position and be able to implement and develop your own ideas.

This company operates in predominantly the aerospace sector and has many years' experience delivering quality products and services to its partners. Due to business changes and growth, they now require a Quality Engineer join the company as it continues to grow and take a pivotal role.

In this role you will be responsible for the development of First Article Inspection Reports and the checking of all the Inspectors work. You will carry out investigations into NCRs, audits and work closely with the supply chain and customers to ensure high quality standards are adhered to.

The Role:

*Writing and developing FAIRs

*Carrying out investigations into NCRs

*Developing a culture of continuous improvements

*Working in the aerospace and defence industries

The Person:

*Prior experience of quality engineering

*Background in aerospace

*Holding relevant engineering qualifications

*Ideally knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication
