Trainig Auditor(Education) - £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits. FTSE 250 Organisation

I am recruiting on behalf of a FTSE 250 Engineering Organization and market leader in providing technical training to the UK's armed forces. They are recognised for their outstanding performance and expertise and have long been a key partner of the MOD.

The successful Training Auditor will be working within their sea training division providing critical support to the Royal Navy. You will be responsible for quality control at key milestones of the education process ensuring we deliver a world class service.

Key Responsibilities

* To Quality Control outputs by accepting or rejecting the finished products at key points throughout the training cycle - ensuring ongoing compliance with DSAT and JSP 822

* To remove training material that fails to meet the standards

* Carry out Peer to Peer observations of teaching, learning and assessments

* To analyse IPSOS/MORI surveys and generate timely RN customer reports

* To generate monthly and termly Quality Control reports

* Assist in the production of the annual Self-Assessment Reports (SAR)

* To assist stakeholders in the completion of the QIP

* To assist stakeholders in the completion of the Feedback Log

* Operate peripatetically across multiple sites

* Assist stakeholders in the production/writing of PCD's

* Assist stakeholders with the completion of 1st,2nd Party Audit action plans

* Ensure Company health, safety and environmental procedures are implemented and complied with at all times.

Requirements

* Education/Qualification - Bachelor's degree or industry recognised equivalent - desirable. Level 4/5 Professional Diploma, Cert Ed or equivalent

* Demonstrable experience in a quality assurance/ quality control/ auditing role ideally within the MOD, FE or a Work- Based Learning

* Consolidated experience with implementation and monitoring of corrective action plans

* Consolidated experience of using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (or equivalent software packages) to manipulate data accordingly and to present statistical information accordingly
