For our banking client based in Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for a
Reporting Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
? Preparation of meaningful Operational Risks Reports for Group Operations Senior Management according to working instructions
? Monitor and analyze pre-defined risk indicators
? Continuous improvement of existing reports
? Automation of reporting processes
? Process documentation
? Usage of Operational Risk management Tools and support of business users
? Close collaboration with all interfacing reporting areas within Business Areas
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
? Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables and basic VBA) and in Access (Basic)
? Experience in Reporting such as data or reporting analyst
? Ability to learn quickly
? Client-focused, solution-oriented
? Strong analytical and communication skills
? Fluent in English
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
? German language knowledge (spoken)
? Experience in reporting automation
? Experience in process automation between Microsoft Office applications
? Solid educational foundation, a higher degree in Finance, Business Administration or Business Information Technology
? Working experience within Financial Services / Operations
