Role: Senior Business Process Analyst

Location: Surrey

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

(2 Year FTC)

Our leading client requires a Senior Business Process Analyst to assist with a ERP replacement programme, transitioning over to a cloud based SAAS

The Role:

The Senior Business Process Analysts responsibilities include documenting overall process taxonomy and support the Business Process Lead with the development and execution of plans to map and improve key processes in scope.

Required knowledge includes business functions and processes, the ability to engage with stakeholders from a wide variety of functions (e.g. HR, Finance) good knowledge of IT / ERP systems

Essential Skills:

Establish end to end business processes documents that support the ERP solution

Knowledge of business processes within Finance, Supply Chain and Project Systems.

Business Analyst skills using a variety of formal methodologies such as Six Sigma.

Establish off system processes with stakeholders

Work with key business owners review changes needed to process(s) during the project lifecycle

Raise issues with the IT Programme Manager when a process cannot be changed / highlight its significant impact.

Lead discussions with the business and project team should a technical change to system design be needed

Possesses good understanding of ERP solutions and associated business processes

Previous exposure to SAAS cloud based solutions

Strong Stakeholder and Change Management skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Familiar with risk and financial management concepts

Ability to matrix manage and lead project teams

Facilitate team and business owner meetings effectively

Deliver engaging and informative presentations when required to technical and non-technical audiences
