Dynamics AX Support Developer - X++ - £45,000 - Manchester

I am working with an award winning Microsoft Gold Partner who are looking to expand their support team to ensure that the ever increasing customer basis continues to receive an industry leading support function.

You will provide Dynamics AX support to national and international across a wide range of problems. From this, it is a very exciting position that will keep you on your toes and allow to challenge your current expertise whilst developing under guidance from Microsoft certified members of staff.

Duties will include

* Evaluating and resolving Dynamics AX technical issues at code level

* Build relationships with customers - providing a quality and beneficial service at all times

* Ensuring your own development is met via Microsoft Certifications and Accreditations, working closely with the Support Development Manager to do so

* Carrying out additional duties within your skill remit - e.g. technical guidance, training, functional support, leading teams

In order to be successful you will have some of the following experience:

* Competent in a variety of computer languages - X++, SQL, Java, C++

* General business process awareness

* Commercial ERP knowledge

* Certifications in Dynamics AX Development would be beneficial

* Critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential

* Excellent communication skills - over the phone and face to face - are essential

As mentioned, training will be provided as long as you can demonstrate a strong understanding of support and development (multiple languages).
