Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join our client in the Tyne and Wear area on an initial 7 month contract, running well into 2019. If you are looking for a stable 1st Line Support contract, within a friendly team in a central location, then please apply to hear more.

Our client operates an average 37 hour week, with a pay rate of £9.50 per hour.

If you can confidently provide first line IT support to customers within a diverse business, along with general IT admin duties, then this is a good opportunity to secure a contract, which will run into 2019. Our client is looking for you to provide sound technical support and assistance at a first line level, looking to solve problems before escalating. They will also ask you to maintain records of calls taken into the service desk on their in-house record management system.

Essential Skills:

*Experience of providing first line IT support in a previous role.

*Strong base of IT support knowledge, able to solve problems before escalating.

*Able to communicate with customers in various departments, recording their issues.

*Help maintain user accounts, also creating new accounts.
