£18,000 - £20,000 + Training + Holiday + Pension + Other perks

This company have been established for over 30 years and provide a wide range of services to a number of businesses and sectors. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Support Team leader.

In this role customer facing role, the successful candidate, will arrange engineer visits to customer's sites across the UK. You will manage a team of 3 staff and liaise with customers of the telephone and by email, handle incoming calls and log customer requests. You will work in conjunction with the service department to ensure a high quality of customer service is adhered too.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment and have managed a team.
