C#.Net Developer Sutton Coldfield

My client, based in Sutton Coldfield who are an award winning organisation are looking to hire a developer with experience in C# to join their team. Working on a long term project to transition applications to scalable web based platforms using the latest Microsoft Technologies.

Working in an Agile environment his role will see you:

*Develop quality software solutions for Win/Web applications using C# with SQL Server Databases.

*Develop robust, scalable, high availability API solutions using the .Net framework

*Participate in SCRUM ceremonies; contributing to software planning and design.

*Work collaboratively as part of a self-organising cross functional team

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

*A minimum of 2 years' industry experience developing MVC .NET applications in either C# or VB.Net.

*Experience developing RESTful Web APIs

*SQL Server with a sound understanding of relational database design.

*Experience working with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (Angular)

*Knowledge and experience of writing unit tests and mocking.

*Practical experience developing inline with SOLID design principles..

*Proven ability to suggest solutions and solve complex problems

Desirable

*Previous experience within a SCRUM environment.

Working Knowledge of:

*Microservice architecture/ Software security /MongoDB and other similar database architectures.

*Software Design Patterns/ TypeScript, SASS

*Continuous Integration - VSTS, Team City and Octopus Deploy

*Experience applying agile practices like Clean Code, Pair Programming, Test Driven Development (TDD) /Experience using Microsoft Azure
