Ruby Developer (Node Agile TDD). Would you like to be utilising your Ruby Developer skills from home whilst playing a significant part in creating a world class app, product and business for a start-up that are showing huge growth potential?

As a Ruby Developer you will be provided with any equipment you require to get your job done. Working closely with other home-based developers, you will drive the development of the company's core product; a data analytics platform used by petrol stations across the UK. Your responsibilities will include; attending weekly sprint grooming or planning sessions in the central London office, owning feature stories through the entire development lifecycle, mentoring other developers and assisting with troubleshooting.

This is a remote role which will require you to travel to the London based office one day a week for a few hours of the day. You will receive continuous support through contributions towards learning materials / courses / books to help you develop your skills further.

Requirements:

*Commercial experience using Ruby focusing on backend development

*Understand system design and architecture, system availability, security and resilience

*Happy to work remotely within a 1 hour commute from London

*Advocate of Agile and TDD

*Enjoy a start-up environment

*Excellent communication skills

*Desirable: React, degree educated
