2D Media Developer - Due to a brand new exciting contract win, we are recruiting for a number of 2D Developers delivering high quality e-learning courseware development services to a Naval training programme based in Fareham, supporting a global leader in simulation. We are looking for dynamic, talented and innovative individuals to deliver instructional design and development processes.

Overview

* Production of 2D media in support of the eLearning requirements of the project

* Ensure that media produced is of the required standard

* Continually improve the way they contribute to the business

* Ensure that they work in an effective collaborative manner with the project team, displaying the appropriate behaviours at all times

* Be responsible for the adherence of Company policies and procedures within the development utilising Courseware production process, Development and Acceptance Processes and Courseware Design Document

* Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on the use of 2D media for eLearning.

* Identification and implementation of best practice in all areas of Graphic Design and Multi-Media development

Key Skills

* Degree level qualification or demonstrable track record in 2D media design and delivery

* Experience in developing technology based design solutions (e-learning, multimedia)

* Consolidated experience in industry standard authoring tools (esp. Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator).

Desirable

* Recent experience in training design and development

* Knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures

* Understanding of web design standards, responsive design and UI / UX design
