A brand new and exciting role has arisen for an experienced Business Transformation Manager that has a wealth of experience delivering business change (across IT, Finance, HR & more) to join a leading charity in Victoria, Central London. As the Business Transformation Manager you will be working for one of the biggest brands and well-known charities in the UK to lead on the delivery on a new business transformation project. You will need experience delivering consistent change across an entire business so will need exposer to lots of different directorates.

As the Business Transformation Manager you will have the chance to help transform a well-known charity and really help propel them forward. You will lead on this business transformation from start to finish which goal is ultimately to make the organization more effective which will save lives. This charity operates with flexi working where you will manage your own diary and when is appropriate to work from home or in the office.

Skills required for the Business Transformation Manager are:

- Proven experience delivering large scale change / transformation across multiple business areas

- Ability to work with C / Director level stakeholders

- Strong influencing skills to ensure that change is delivered how you see fit

- Any sector is encouraged to apply for the role

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Excellent benefits
