Are you just starting out in your career as a media developer? If you have the skills, we have the opportunity for you to put them to use and develop your portfolio as an up-and-coming content producer. We are looking for degree-level developers to produce the next generation of interactive technical training material.

Due to an exciting contract win, we are building a team of Media Developers to deliver high quality training support. This will involve e-Learning technology design & development for classroom and mobile applications, by bringing together the following; web design, video, audio, animation, and gaming for immersive e-Learning content across multiple platforms.

Overview

* Production of media in support of the elearning requirements of the project

* Ensure that media produced is of the required standard

* Seek to improve the way they contribute to the business

* Ensure that they work in an effective collaborative manner with the project team, displaying the appropriate behaviours at all times

* Be responsible for the adherence of company policies and procedures within the development utilising Courseware production process, Development and Acceptance Processes and Courseware Design Document

* Identification and implementation of best practice in all areas of Graphic Design, Multi-Media, Photography, Video, and Video Editing.

Key Skills

* Degree level qualification in media design and delivery

* Competence in developing technology based design solutions (such as e-learning, multimedia, websites, promo)

* A working understanding of tools such as HTML5 / CSS3 / Javascript / PHP / SQL

* Basic understanding of C# / C++

Desirable

* Understanding of web design standards, responsive design and UI / UX design

* Experience with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator

* Recent experience in training design and development

* Knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures
