The client

An international powerhouse in their specific field of manufacturing, sales and distribution. Based in Dublin, and with offices worldwide, my clients holds an innovative, expansive presence globally. The role

Core responsibilities include:

* Hands on, ERP system maintainance and support

* Functional analysis and specification

* Team based project work surrounding the clients ERP/ CRM product

* System deployment assistance/ continuous improvement support

Skillset:

Ideally, candidates will be able to offer:

* A strong, demonstrable experience supporting ERP/ CRM applications (eg. Microsoft Dynamics AX/ 365)

* Experience across the functional project lifecycle - analysis, requirement gathering, testing, training, support

* Strong 2nd/ 3rd line support skills - ability to troubleshoot system issues

* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
