Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst for an initial 5 week contract on a rate of £110/day (inside of IR35) based in Dundee.

Responsibilities:

* Providing 1st line end user support on hardware and software issues to various staff and customer groups throughout the client's facilities

* Supporting 1st and 2nd line teams to resolve issues from the service desk

* Ensuring that incidents are resolved in line with agreed SLA's

* Maintaining an incident log of outstanding and completed queries

* Assisting infrastructure teams in a new network development and rollout project

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a 1st line support role or similar.

* Demonstrable knowledge of IT systems and platforms including Active Directory, Microsoft Office, mobile platforms and VOIP systems

* Strong problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills
