IT Project Manager - Permanent - Nottingham - £45,000 (Dependant on Experience)

Spring Technology have partnered with a key client in order to find an extraordinary talented IT Project Manager.

The IT Project Manager will be an expert in delivering complex Agile focused projects in a busy fast paced environment. IT The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives, communication strategy and oversee quality control throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities

*Define the project scope, success criteria and deliverables in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.

*Develop a clear business case for the project in conjunction with business stakeholders.

*Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and business stakeholders.

*Communicate project expectations and updates on an on-going basis to team members and business stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

*Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate project delivery tools. Estimate the resources (in terms of cost, time and headcount) and skills required to achieve project success.

*Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

*Take full ownership for the project delivery process from beginning to end.

*Create and maintain project, quality and communication plans.

*Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate employees.

Key Skills:

*Ideally have minimum 3 years' experience operating level in a similar role.?

*Hold a Prince 2 Practitioner qualification.

*?Ideally have some formal Agile qualification such as Scrum Master, or relevant experience working within an Agile project management framework

*Experience of working in a professional services environment would be an advantage.
