Triage Analyst - 3 Month Contract - Edinburgh

My client, a large technology and outsourcing organisation are looking 2 Triage Analysts for a 3 month initial contract basis. The roles will be based full time on site in Edinburgh and can offer a competitive daily rate.

Required Skills/Role Information:

* The successful candidates will join a large team in handling various tickets and sending them on to the correct team.

* Prior experience in a helpdesk environment would be beneficial.

* Ideally previous experience of working within the Public Sector would also be of interest.

* Exposure to working in an ITIL environment or a certification is also required.

* Candidates should be eligible and willing to undergo a vetting process prior to going on site.
