An innovative gaming hub with a very successful Android and IOS application are opening their doors once again to welcome a CRM Manager as part of their team. They are a rapidly evolving company, pushing boundaries and enhancing user-experience to keep the gambling industry on its toes. With their very sophistication algorithm, they are able to create a unique customer experience every time.
A CRM Manager is now required to come in and set up and implement a CRM function, looking at tools an tech that can maximise their customer journeys and interaction. You will be responsible for setting up a CRM system with the potential to continue to grow this area of the business in the near future.
It is essential, the successful candidate comes from a gaming, sports betting, mobile app driven background.
You will demonstrate excellent technical knowledge of CRM, analytical systems and current tools and practises.
You will experienced in creating CRM action plans, roadmaps, initiatives based in data analysis.
Lead multi-channel campaigns across the website, email, push messaging, social media and other channels.
They have a very relaxed office environment, recently renovated space, open plan working, roof terrace for BBQ’s (subject to British weather) plasma TV’s around the office, lounge areas and a good central location. Directly accessible via Hammersmith and City, District, Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines.
