Role: 3rd Line Support

Position: Permanent

Location: Manchester

Salary: £45,000

An international law firm based in Manchester city centre require a 3rd line support engineer to join the company. You will take on the responsibility for providing 3rd line IT systems and infrastructure service delivery across the companies group.

You will manage IT resources for optimal service delivery. You will lead and participate in IT related projects and major incidents where required.

Responsibilities:

* Manage resources and capacity for new and existing projects

* Lead technical, infrastructure and support across all applications / servers

* Analysis of infrastructure, and capacity planning for future projects growth

* Manage and execute system application installation

Experience required:

* Experienced with Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, Exchange 2010, Active directory

* Experience with 3rd line support

* Knowledge of MS office 365 products, SharePoint and Azure

* Experience with Citrix, VMware and Hyper-V
