We are looking for a Change Manager to join our team to support the Information Assurance (IA) team in the implementation of security policy and procedure throughout its internal and external partners.

You'll support the programme leads in their delivery and implementation of a set of security policies and procedures that covers security from all aspects including people, technology, physical and informational

Role Responsibilities

Implementation:
               •          working with IA team to understand the objectives of each of the policies and procedures and controls documented
               •          understanding the affected groups, training requirements and the challenges faced
               •          produce supporting project change documentation e.g. Project change plans

Change activity:
               •          resourcing, organizing or producing change material and artefacts e.g. presentations, learning, posters and desk aids
               •          organising and leading working groups and seminars to embed and ensure changes are accepted into current working environments
               •          supporting and working with partners to develop processes or work flows to support compliance to policy and procedures

Evaluate and Measure success of change activity:
               •          developing indicators of measuring success
               •          working with programme leads to establish compliance activity and schedules
               •          help undertaking compliance activity
