We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our clients global marketing team, where you will be responsible for managing and carrying out B2B marketing campaigns with an emphasis on digital marketing channels.

You will be supporting investment and growth plans, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of these exciting developments.

Job Purpose: The role will focus on planning and carrying out tactical multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to petrochemical and energy markets. You will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of campaigns to reach and engage new audiences through the mix of marketing channels, with a focus on promoting a new analytics propositions across sectors, including building awareness and driving demand.

You will quickly build an understanding of brand, product portfolio and audiences with a view to planning and delivering campaigns to generate qualified leads. Winning content is key in driving engagement and you will create thought-leadership plans for marketing campaigns as well as content for sales enablement materials.

Using analytics you will monitor and track the success of campaigns and review user interactions and journeys, in order to spot and act on opportunities for optimisation.

Experience Required:

* B2B marketing experience (direct, hands-on experience of managing and carrying out tactical elements)

* Creation of strategic marketing plans, including effective communications approach and mix of marketing channels for B2B lead generation * Excellent copywriting skills - email marketing copy, press releases, announcements * Digital experience including search marketing and social media * Project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work around deadlines * Reporting and tracking of marketing ROI and KPIs

* Experience of technologies such as Salesforce, Eloqua, ExactTarget, Adobe Analytics would be beneficial

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

* A confident and articulate marketer with experience of digital channels

* Experience of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to grow products and services globally

* Used to tracking and reporting marketing ROI and KPIs. Confident in using analytics to identify optimisation opportunities. * Excellent stakeholder management is essential, as are confident communication skills

* Experience of cross-team collaboration is key. Confident working with teams from other functions, e.g. sales, in order to align activity, recognise opportunities, and deliver against business objectives. * Occasional travel to industry events * Able to work with multiple locations across times zones, requiring flexible working hours to accommodate conference calls when needed

Required:

* Good understanding of the digital marketing tool-kit * Excellent time management and organisation skills * Conceptual skills to help visualise solutions to problems * Experience of stakeholder management across different departments and geographies

* Ability to leverage technology including marketing automation, social networks, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools) * Comfortable working with the sales department and other key stakeholders and teams

* Ability to work collaboratively with a global team
